Any of these statements below may be negotiated prior to the commission.
If your commission is accepted, a email will be sent to you with proof of the transaction. During that time, please verify that all information is correct. Any and all changes must be made at this point.
1) General Terms
Please be civil in every aspect of commissioning. I will be more likely to accept a commission written out with clear and correct grammar and spelling. You will also need to have a neat visual reference ready, and written references are not accepted. If your visual reference is shaded, it would be appreciated if you provided a color reference swatch for easier matching.
I'm more willing to work with customers with good behavior, so please do not be rude to me in any way for any reason. For a better service, be sure to follow the rules provided in the commission form.
Any and all finished commission pieces are for personal use only, and are not to be used for commercial use or monetary gain. All clients and commissioners DO NOT have the right to mint/sell their commissions for NFTs, doing so will result in being banned from commissioning the artist again. The artist does not support NFTs and does not want to be in any part of this environment destroying scam.
Should the client decide to change or adjust the finished commissioned piece, or create derivatives of the commission pieces through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, the client will be banned from commissioning the artist again, and the artist will let other artists know about the client ahead of time. Any and all finished commission pieces are not to be used for AI training, AI programs, or anything related to AI technology.
2) Payment
All commissions must all be completely paid in full upfront. PayPal invoices are used as a current form of payment. This is so that this can be proven that the correct payment for the correct commission was received, and is integral for the transaction. From there, you will be providing your email address privately, so that the invoice can be sent to you and therefore would be able to send your payment.
For orders costing $80 USD or more, you will be able to pay for the commission in parts so that you can be able to pay for the full price for later. However, I will be doing half of the final commission price before working on anything and the other half after the sketch.
All commissions I work on are expected to be done within 90 days or less.
Paying in cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited, and doing so will result in your payment immediately being refunded, your commission being cancelled, and you being banned from commissioning the artist again.
3) Process Images
Process images may be given for all commissions. You will be sent a sketch of the commission for approval, and you are allowed to make any alterations from there. Process images may also be given if the artist is asked how the commission is currently going. If you specifically do NOT want any process images sent to you, please let me know beforehand so that the commission can be a surprise.
Wait times may vary depending on the factors, such as the difficulty of commission itself or other hindrances that may interrupt commission work. Should any eventuality or a more personal matter occur, you will be notified in some form or fashion so you are not uninformed. Please give the artist plenty of time to create your piece to give it the quality it deserves. If long wait times do not sit well with you, please refrain from commissioning the artist.
4) Customer Satisfaction
I will do everything I can to make my customers happy. After a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made, such as small coloring/marking mistakes. However, any large changes such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything else that makes me have to redraw it completely are not allowed.
5) Copyright / Usage Policy
I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.
I'm allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to...
The commissioner(s) are allowed to...
I, as the artist, will never:
The following is considered Copyright Infringement:

6) Canceling / Refund Policy
I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time for any reason. You, the commissioner, have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment has been received. If the payment has not been sent yet, the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission. Should you request a refund after work on your commission has been started, you will be taken with caution and into consideration before another commission is accepted.
